Setting up a World Challenge expedition is easy - just 5 simple steps to launch your expedition and then the programme building up to going overseas can begin…
Step one. Enquire
Fill out the enquiry form and this will go to your local office. We can then either discuss how the expedition works over the phone or we will arrange a visit to your school at a time convenient to you. Send us an enquiry.Step two. Product
Decide which type of expedition you’d like to go on – either one of our 1 to 10 day expeditions which include either trekking, project work, multi-activity or cultural or one of our 2 to 4 week expeditions. See what destinations are available to your region here.Step three. Destination
Select the region that you live to see what destinations are available to you, or contact us and we’ll work with you to choose a destination that meets your criteria.Step four. Reserve
Once you’ve decided when and where we’ll reserve single or multiple departure slots for you depending on the number of expeditions you hope to launch. The earlier you sign up the more likely you are to get the departure date you’re looking for. Contact us to reserve a slot.Step five. Recruit
The next step is to get the student to sign up to the expedition.- We’ll send you a DVD to help promote the programme and expedition to students in an assembly or meeting. The aim of this is to encourage them to bring their parents along to a second presentation.
- We’ll arrange a date with you for one of our staff to come to your school and present to the parents and students about World Challenge, how the experience will benefit the students and what life on expedition will be like.
