Take a sleeper train into the heartland of ancient Anatolia and explore underground cities and trek amidst the unbelievable rock landscapes of Cappadocia. You'll then have the chance to spend some time with a small rural community, a great chance to eat with local families, learn some Turkish, and help out with ongoing projects in the community.
